PRODUCTS & ORDERING

We offer three price points for each bouquet: $59 [Great], $79 [Better], and $99 [Baller]. Each bouquet is the same, just bigger, because size matters.

No. She has plenty of vases. Trust us, the flowers are what matter.

Every bouquet is carefully curated by women with the best eye for such things. But we are dealing with flowers and availability, and seasons change. If they don’t look identical, they will look very similar, with any substitute being of equal or greater quality. We may need to swap eucalyptus for ruscus, roses for peonies, lavender for rosemary… Will you notice? No. Will she care? No. They’ll be awesome.

Next to each product photo we have a full description of the bouquet and what is included. But in summaryt, our Great size is a medium bouquet with an average of 10 – 15 stems. The Better size is a large bouquet with an average of 15 – 25 stems. The Baller size is our extra large bouquet that’s meant to really impress, with an average of 25 – 35 stems. The exact number of stems varies from bouquet to bouquet depending on the flower size and season.

The exact opposite… Buying flowers will empower you. Like Popeye and his spinach, it will give you strength. Just look in the history books and you will find the best used flowers in their armory. Chivalry is not dead–we’ve brought it back to life.

Definitely. We offer suggestions for each occasion to help reduce decision fatigue, but that doesn’t mean you can’t change it up and send a specific bouquet for a different reason.

Nope. If you want to include a Mother’s Day bouquet for your mom, a Just Because bouquet for your assistant, and a Birthday bouquet for your wife, you can enter separate addresses for each one. And if you want to send flowers to more than one love interest, we won’t tell.

Of course! Our flowers are for everyone. We are a team of men and women who are feminists and advocates of Gender neutrality. So with any reference to ‘he’ or ‘she’ we mean anyone who finds our products and philosophy useful to them. Whether you’re a woman, non-binary, a man or a gender and if you’re a feminist - we’ve got your back.

You bet your Shakespearean prose you can. There is an option at checkout to include a note. If you’re tongue-tied, we have some woman-approved suggestions to help you out.

We have completed extensive surveys, and women unanimously answered that the best part about receiving flowers is that you‘re thinking about her. She doesn’t care if they were ordered online. She cares that you took the time to do a small thing to show you were thinking about her. And just wait until she sees our flowers and the boxing and the card…She is going to melt into your arms.

Absolutely. You can easily send the bouquets to different people and addresses all over the country.

Unfortunately, no. We use external carriers like FedEx, so they will send you the tracking number with delivery information. It’s guaranteed next day delivery, but the time will vary.

In general, your flowers should be a good for a week. Some varieties last less and others last longer than others, that’s just flowers. We get super fresh flowers flown in or from the farm directly. We then make sure they are temperature controlled and wrapped in a special moisture protector which allows them to travel and stay fresh for as long as possible.

Our Southern California flower farm and importer supplies the very best: The Oscars, The Grammy Awards, the U.S. Open, the Bellagio Las Vegas… just to name drop a few.

If you cancel an order before 11:59pm ET the night before it ships, we’ll automatically process a full refund. It may take 5-10 days to post to your account. If you’d like a refund for a late or damaged shipment, please contact our concierge at concierge@chivalryflowers.com. Your satisfaction (and hers) is guaranteed!

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer overnight delivery using a variety of shippers. Deliveries are available Tuesday through Saturday. If your special occasion falls on a Sunday or Monday, we’ll deliver the Saturday before.

Order by 1pm ET the day before your desired arrival date for next day flowers. Deliveries are available Tuesday through Saturday.

Of course. At checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a different name and address for each bouquet in your order. (But we also have a handy little button so you don’t have to fill out the same address over and over.)

For now, we’re only delivering to the United States. However, someone from outside of the U.S. can still purchase flowers for a US delivery.

Order by 1pm ET the day before your desired arrival date for next day flowers. Deliveries are available Tuesday through Saturday.

Most shippers will leave the bouquet on the doorstep or at the front desk of an apartment. We have wrapped the flowers in a special hydration wrap to keep them fresh. If our shipping partners are having delivery issues they will reach out directly to you. You should receive a delivery confirmation email from the shipper.

Not at this time. We currently deliver orders Tuesday to Saturdday, excluding post office holidays.

We don’t offer same day delivery at this time. But she’ll be just as happy to get them tomorrow.

Well that’s not cool. We’re really sorry about that. Just reach out to our concierge at concierge@chivalryflowers.com, and we’ll make sure to take care of you. It's likely a FedEx issue and you can track via your tracking number. We send priority overnight. The good news is that we send them in hydration wrapping so your flowers will be golden for up to 3 days in transit.
